These Terms are an agreement between you and Michaela Fitness LLC, doing business as Michaela Mayol Fitness ("we", "us"). They apply to www.michaelamayolfitness.com, the plans, challenges and products we sell, and the messages we send you. By using the site, making a purchase or joining our list, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy (www.michaelamayolfitness.com/privacy-policy).
Purchases
• Prices are shown before you pay. Digital plans and challenges are delivered by email or online access after purchase.
• Because digital products are delivered right away, refunds are handled as stated at checkout or as required by law. Email us if something is wrong with an order.
• Recurring memberships, if offered, renew until you cancel; you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
Health and safety
Our plans, challenges and content are for general fitness and education only. They are not medical advice. Talk to your doctor before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant, postpartum or have a health condition. You exercise at your own risk. Results vary and are not guaranteed.
Our content
Our workouts, plans, videos, recipes and text are for your personal use only. Do not copy, share or resell them.
Text messages (SMS terms) — Michaela Mayol Fitness Texts
• Program: Michaela Mayol Fitness Texts.
• When you give us your mobile number and opt in (by checking the text-message box on our form, or by texting us), you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Michaela Mayol Fitness at that number: replies to your questions and missed calls, reminders about your plans and challenges, and fitness tips and offers.
• Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency varies.
• Msg & data rates may apply.
• You must be 18 or older to sign up for Michaela Mayol Fitness Texts.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to resubscribe.
• Reply HELP for help, or email michaelamayolfitness@gmail.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your number and consent are handled under our Privacy Policy (www.michaelamayolfitness.com/privacy-policy). Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Limitation of liability
Our site and products are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
If we change these Terms we will update this page and the date above.
